Refund Policy

Enrolment Terms & Conditions

 

By enrolling in classes at Mulan Performing Arts Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Term Fees & Payments

· All children’s classes are charged on a term basis

· Full payment is required in advance to secure enrolment

· Fees are not calculated on a per-class basis

 

2. Attendance & Absences

· Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes

· Missed classes are not refundable, transferable, or credited

 

Each student may attend:

· One (1) make-up class per term, subject to:

· Availability

· Same or similar class level

· Booking in advance

· Completion within the same term

 

3. Refund Policy

· No refund after payment

· Credit  before term start require at least 7 days’ written notice

No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for:

· Change of mind

· Missed classes

· Partial attendance

4. Medical Consideration

 

In cases of serious illness or injury (medical certificate required):

· A credit may be issued for unused classes

· Credits:

· Are valid for the following term only

· Are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash

 

5. Public Holidays & Schedule Changes

· Classes falling on public holidays may be rescheduled or included within the term structure

· No refunds or credits apply

 

The school reserves the right to:

· Adjust schedules

· Combine classes where necessary

 

6. Class Cancellation by the School

 

If a class is cancelled by the school:

· A make-up class will be offered, or

· A credit/refund will be provided where appropriate

 

7. Adult Fitness Class and private lessons (including children)

· Casual bookings:

· Changes allowed with 24+ hours notice

· Less than 24 hours = no refund

· Class passes:

· Non-refundable

· Must be used within validity period

 

8. Liability

 

Participation in dance classes involves physical activity.

· Students participate at their own risk

· The school is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, except where required by law

 

9. Agreement

 

By enrolling, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Tuition and Refund Policy.

 

10. Policy Updates

 

The school reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
